busy growing the business. But a good marketing plan gives straight answers to basic questions.
What are you best at? Why should a customer pick you over your
competition? What's the best way to let people know you exist? Some
answers you'll know, some we'll need to work on together.

Advertising
Here's something an ad agency usually won't tell you: advertising
can be a waste of money. Do it wrong and you might as well throw your
money down the drain.
If you do it right, it can create awareness and build market share
(& you don't need a huge budget either, probably). Not doing it at
all can sometimes be the best move.

Your message doesn't end with a commercial or ad. Everything you
send out says something about you. Good or bad, websites, brochures,
business cards, giveaways will all make an impression on your
potential customers. Make sure they leave the right one.

Do you really trust a company that doesn't have a website these
days? Depends, but more and more, your web site is the first place a
person goes to learn about you. Do it badly and it could be the last thing they see.
