Berhanu Soccer Foundation gets updated
web site
The Berhanu Soccer Foundation, a non-profit organization in the
Washington DC area, had outgrown it's original we site and returned to
Idea House to redesign its web site. "Berhanu had grown over the last
two years and needed a web site that reflected it's larger presence in
the DC soccer community" said Idea House president, Dave Mangan. "We
were happy to provide this pro bono service."

Carmen's Italian Ice reconnects with Idea
House
Idea House welcomed back an old friend when Carmen's Italian Ice asked
them to develop a communications campaign for the Rockville, MD
company's catering effort. Idea House has developed a sales brochure and
is putting the finishing touches on the company's first web site which
should launch in late February or early March. Carmen's had been a
client back in 2002-2005 and Idea House is pleased to have them back.
2nd Opinion Interior Design calls on Idea
House for web help Idea House
has been selected by 2nd Opinion Design of Bethesda, MD to develop a web
site and other marketing communications materials for this new design
company. The site is expected to launch in March.
Idea House picks up two new clients
Summer may be ending,
but things are just beginning for Idea House's work for Shea Studio
Interiors, a high end Northern Virginia Interior Design firm
company. The Springfield based firm has asked Idea House to develop
a marketing plan including advertising, PR, web design and logo
design. The project is currently under development and is planned
for a January debut.
Also this summer,
Idea House was chosen by a partnership of St. John's College High
School in Washington DC and Good Counsel High School of Wheaton to
produce a television commercial extolling the virtues of a coed
Catholic high school education. The commercial, entitled "The Best
Choice" will run in the Washington DC Metro area through late
November.
Our Annie's Cleaners
campaign cleans up at the ADDYS
Idea House won its
first ADDY for its "Obsessive Annie" direct marketing campaign for
Annie's Cleaners. It also picked up a Citation of Excellence for a
newspaper campaign for Annie's Cleaners as well. This marked the
first time Idea House entered the ADDY competition and president
Dave Mangan was very happy with the results. "Anytime you enter an
award show, you'd like to see the company do well. To win one
category and place in another felt great. Chris Julcher wrote some
great copy and our client, Bennett Upston, has always encouraged us
to bring him great work." The direct marketing entry was
automatically entered into the ADDY Regional awards set for Spring
2004.
